What Our Clients Say

"JKF completely transformed our outdated kitchen into the space we always dreamed of. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, the communication was outstanding. They finished on time, on budget, and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. We've already referred them to three neighbors."

"I've worked with contractors before and always dreaded the experience — delays, surprises, poor communication. JKF was completely different. My project manager was reachable every day, the crew was respectful of our home, and the finished bathroom looks like something out of a magazine. Couldn't be happier."

"We added nearly 1,800 square feet to our home and JKF managed every single detail — permits, engineering, subcontractors, everything. The addition blends seamlessly with the original house. It was a big project and they made it feel manageable. We're so glad we chose them."

"They removed a load-bearing wall and opened up our entire first floor. The structural work was done perfectly and the new kitchen is stunning. The team was professional, clean, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. I'd hire them again without hesitation."

"After getting four quotes, we chose JKF because they took the time to actually explain what needed to be done and why. The crew completed the entire roof in two days, cleaned up everything, and the result looks fantastic. Fair price, great work, no headaches."

"JKF installed hardwood floors throughout our entire home — over 2,400 square feet — and the result is breathtaking. The installation was flawless, the transitions are perfect, and they were done ahead of schedule. Our house feels completely transformed."

"Our new four-season sunroom is our favorite room in the house. JKF designed it to feel like it was always part of the home — the vaulted ceiling, the heated floors, the windows. The whole process was smooth and the team was a pleasure to work with."

"Even for a smaller project like our guest bathroom, JKF treated it with the same care and attention as a major renovation. The tile work is immaculate, everything is perfectly level, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. Truly professional."

"Our Victorian home needed a complete exterior repaint and JKF delivered beyond our expectations. The prep work was thorough, the color consultation was helpful, and the finished result has our neighbors stopping to compliment us. Excellent work from start to finish."
